Commission E and ESCOP recognized its usefulness in contributing to the treatment of degenerative disorders of the musculoskeletal system (skeleton, muscle, joint) as well as in counteracting the pain accompanying osteoarthritis.
The juice contained in the bamboo stem is very rich in silica which helps consolidate cartilaginous tissues.

Using advice
You can take 2 capsules in the morning, 2 capsules at lunchtime and 2 capsules in the evening with a large glass of water during meals.
