The griffonia is an African plant that naturally contains in its seeds an active molecule called 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan). In humans, 5-HTP is an amino acid produced by our body from another amino acid, tryptophan. Once absorbed, it is transformed in the brain into serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays an essential role in theregulation of mood, anxiety, appetite and sleep. It is best known for being associated with the state of happiness.

You can take up to 4 capsules per day with a large glass of water with meals.
